  1. The SONY KDL-46XBR4 is a 2007 model that has been discontinued by SONY and soon will be replaced by the KDL-46XBR7. Retailers are steeply discounting this TV now to make room for the 2008 XBR7s. It is doubtful that many XBR4s will remain available for this coming holiday season.

    Original MSRP was $3,299.99 for the KDL-46XBR4. Interesting how SONY can now lower the MSRP to $2,200.00 now that the XBR7s are coming. What does this say about all those who paid based on the original MSRP?
