  1. Request a refund and ban them from my house forever.

  2. Called for the manager and not pay. That makes me sick thinking about it.  Kinda like the time I lifted up one of my McDonald's pancakes, to put butter on it, and found a curly hair.  NASTY!!!

  3. Take it back get a new one and get a refund and a cupon for next time if you could eat there again... I used to work for a pizza place if that ever happened to us that is what i'd do for the customer... and yes that is pretty gross!!

  4. yuck!  get ur money back and tell them how disgusting they are and that YOU are NEVER going back there

  5. Brought it back and said something. That is gross..

  6. Grow up.  There is hair in most food, you take it out and eat it.   Don't be such a baby.

  7. gagged....refuse it......(loudly!!!)....and make it known I would not be back

  8. demanded my $$ back and a new pizza

  9. Simple, refuse the pizza and go somewhere else to eat.

  10. Ask for your money back and go to a drive through somewhere.

  11. Ask for money back and choosen somewhere else!!

  12. Refused it. Tore a strip off the manager, and never called that Pizza company again.

  13. Ew. that's gross i would've taken it back and gotten my money

  14. It happens. Tell them nicely that you'd please like another pizza, or that you've lost your appetite and would like a refund. I've worked in resturants almost 30 years, and have had many many situations like that arise. Someone bit into a folded up bandaid in their clam chowder, and screamed at MEE! Like I'd done it to them. I walked out and quit that day. It happens. Just say something politely.

  15. I would have asked for manager, explained situation, demanded a new pizza at no cost.

  16. First of all, that was smart to check the pizza before you left the restaurant.  I've been guilty of the "grab and go" technique.  Not too bright of me because even if it's a place that "always" has high quality food, they are still human and have the ability to make mistakes.  It really bites me in the butt (not checking my food before leaving) when I'm really hungry or drove 20 minutes away to bring food home.

But I digress...if I found the hair in a situation like yours, I would politely and quietly tell the person handling my transaction about the hair.  I could make a big scene alerting the entire dining facility, but why embarass the employees--and myself?  I mean, I do cook at home and, yes, it's true, I have cooked the occassional hair into the meal.  Not due to a lack of cleanliness, it just happens sometimes.  I figure if I can make a mistake, so can they.  Sure, it's gross--whether it's their hair or mine--but if I handle the situation in a respectful way...well, it's just nicer for everyone involved.

Now if I believe they did it on purpose, I would speak with the manager or owner and would not return.

  17. I would have asked them to replace it then I would never eat there again

  18. ask for a new pizza and hang around to make sure they cook a fresh one and throw out the old one .. im sure they would have been happy to make you a fresh and delicious pizza.

  19. Good for you for checking your pizza for accuracy - at the store!

Unfortunately, a hair in food happens. YES it's gross. YES it's nasty. YES it can make you loose your appetite, but you shouldn't be a jerk about it. Nor should you rip a new one in the manager. Accidents happen. We are human. We have hair.

What "I" would have done, is been cool and calm about it. Since I know that this can happen, and I'm not ridiculous in my behavior, I would have spoke to whoever was at the counter. I would tell them that I just found a hair in my pizza, and would like to have another one cooked. I would not demand my money to be returned. The person working at the counter would more than likely tell the manager about what has just happened and the manager would probably either offer to give me the pizza free or offer me a free coupon or something. I highly doubt I wouldn't be reimbursed somehow. And if I wasn't offered anything, I would just get over it!

This is what I would have done. But we are all different.

  20. ask for all your money back ; including the tip you maybe gave him or her ; and go somewhere else ;

and if delivery boy or delivery girl do take the hairy pizza back shot the pizza sideways and shove it up thier candy-a@@ ; lol
