Me and my friend are going to a party and her mom finally let her wear makeup. so I need to know what kind of makeup would look the best on. Oh yeah she cany arch her eyebrows.

Lets see if you want to go wild try purple or green eyeshadow. It would look really pretty on her. Then some brown eye liner, and don't forget mascara. Maybe a little blush but it may not look good you will have to experiment with it. Then a light pink tinted lip balm with clear lip gloss on top.
