What Yu-gi-oh packs should I buy to get all the Alien Monster,Spells,and Traps? What other cards would help?

I know using Light of intervention is good to keep your opponent from setting monsters so I have more chances to put A counters

and monsters that reduce attack like slate warrior are good

My strategy is to weakening my opponents monsters with effects and to control his monsters to use against him

I need more Aliens so witch packs do I buy to make my deck awesome
