  1. If your songs are DRM free then more then likely your Zune will automatically add them. If they are DRM protected you will have to strip that first. The cheap way is to burn them to a cd and rip them back to your computer.

IMO Zunes are easy to sync. You just need to make sure your files are in the correct format and are in the monitored folders.

As for which one you should get, if you also like to add lots of videos I would get a large capacity Zune.

  2. Zunes suck

    Keep your iPod

  3. Yes there is a way to sync your songs to zune its called tunebite it works trust me i bought it.  and ya ipod has alot more movies (zune has no movies AT THE MOMENT THEY WILL GET SOME EVENTUALLY) and games and all that stuff but zune is really good for somethings. but id go with the zune 30 gb cuz ive seen bad reveiws on the 80 gb.

  4. Buy the one that works well, o wait there are none...

If you dislike the ipod, there are plenty of other choices for mp3 players besides zune, look at these companies: creative, iRiver, archos

  5. Good luck playing your songs on anything Not made by Apple!

  6. The only problem with having a zune is that you can't sync to more than 1 computer unless you take all of the music off of your device.

  7. i have a zune 80 gb and i have over 2000 songs and 7 videos and i have only used 10 gb..  so i would probably go with the 8 gb zune.

  8. I don't know how easy it is to sync the zune. Probably just as easy, and you can sync it wirelessly over WiFi.

Also, you should get a Zune 80. That'll be just fine for what you need, and it'll leave you with plenty of space for more stuff.

Edit: Remember though, any music you've bought over the iTunes store won't sync to the Zune.

Good luck, I've kinda wanted a Zune but I'm on Mac.

Edit again: Also, if anyone says how much music they've put  on theirs, ignore what they say. The amount of songs that'll fit on relies ENTIRELY on how long they are and the bit rate they're encoded at. So maybe you could fit on 100000 two minute songs, but that means you could only fit half that much in four minute songs. And because of differences in bit rate, one three minute song and a different three minute song can be entirely different sizes. For example, I encode my music in Apple Lossless format. I do it to get the best possible quality, and the bit rate for each song is around 1000. But most songs take up around 20mb. If I changed my bitrate to say, 128 kbps, I'd be able to fit a LOT more songs, but at the expense of music quality.
