What a Vinyl snap on tonneau cover I have been using for my Ford F150 work for a Ford F250?

I am buying my dads Ford F250 and was wondering if I would still be able to use that tonneau cover? My Ford F150 has a 8 foot bed and so does my dads Ford F250. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

I lost some of the snaps in the rail. Is there a place I can get just the snap part for the rail?
