Yeah its broke, it won't play games... has this something to do by downloading add-ons from the internet? Possibly. Been waiting for weeks for Sony. Just wait and see. You had any problems?

  1. Add ons don't damage it.

    Some 2.40 installs stopped the Main menu from loading, although 2.41 and 2.42 were fine.

    Cal Sony and see if you can use your warranty
