What a good 2nd hard drive for me to install into my dell dimension E310.?

I need extra room for all of my media files and lots of space to add more. I'm thinking at least a 500gig maybe a 750. What the best way to set it up. I have room under my main drive. I took it apart and it has a second bay, extra data and power wire.

There are many excellent brands on the market today, Seagate, Maxtor, Western Digital, Hitachi, Quantum, Fujitsu and so many more.

The main thing to look for is the best warranty, get one with five years, and make sure it is SATA or PATA which ever connection type your system uses, SATA is faster data transfer, and if this is the type you need make sure it is a SATA II and preferably with at least 16MB of cache. SATA II is twice as fast as SATA I in data transfer
