What a mother to do ?

My mom's been having a bank problem a little over a month now. First week of June she made an ATM deposit for $800. Second week of June she got a letter from her bank telling her that the check she deposited was insufficient and all the bills that she paid cost her bunches of fees. I looked at the deposited check they claimed she deposited.....ITS NOT THE SAME CHECK...The deposited check they were referring to is paid to someone else for the same amount..My mom already gave them a copy of the actual deposited check and it was cleared that first week. Here's the problem..every week they give her back the $800 and every week the take the $800 again. The only solution they gave her is to open another account. They can't find answers and my mom is getting furious because there'e 350 leftover from the old account that she can't take out.She's talked to the branch manager who talked to other people in different department..Who else can my mom talk to coz she needs to get this done? TY

  1. If the branch manager isn't taking care of the problem, your Mom should call the corporate office and ask to speak to the regional manager.  Whenever you don't get help for any problem, just bump it up the line to the person who "can't" help you's supervisor.  Go all the way to the company president if necessary, it works.  The old saying "the squeaky wheel gets the grease"  is true.  Just be polite and don't take no for an answer.
