  1. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.


  2. well this isnt an ab exerciser but it works for that: a trampoline works just bounce on it every day for like 30 minutes it worked for me

  3. There is no fast way to just get one spot, but hula hooping and belly dancing are both good workouts for those muscles, and try bike riding or some kind of cardio type work out to burn the fat

  4. It can't happen quickly.  And you can't spot reduce.  You can't lose fat from just one area of your body.

    Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

    Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

    Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

    In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish.   Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts.  Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.  Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses a day, and more if it is very hot, it you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely. You will begin to see changes in your body.

  5. None. If you want to flatten your stomach you need to lose weight. You can't make your body lose fat specifically from your stomach or any other area. General fat loss is needed. Try to eat less and exercise more.

    I know how that sounds. But I'm not kidding. Visible abs are hard to get, even harder for women, who have a healthy bodyfat range that's 50-100% higher than men. Not all women can get toned abs.

  7. well there is always the old fashion way of crunches. but that's no fun. you can dance to the music you like such as disco and hip hop and pop and such more. when your working out you make it in a way that it is fun where you getting addicted to it that you cant let go and you'll lose weight and belly fat so quick with out noticing when i work out i dance i do different things so i wont get tried so quick.

  8. Ab excersises wont flatten your stomach since they dont burn enough calories. They only tone stomach muslces.

    If you want a flat stomach go out running or cycling or do cardio at the gym.
