Senator Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, after it became a state on August 21st, 1959. Obama became a citizen at birth under the first section of the 14th Amendment

It has been brought up numerous times...and completely proven time and time again. The DVR in Hawaii has repeatedly stated, both publically and privately that the BC is valid and accurate.

That will be interesting to see how it turns out.  The suit was filed recently, so it will likely be a little while before we hear anything.

New evidence from Phillip Berg is compelling. He claims the Republicans know about it, but are waiting until after both conventions to "expose" the issue, which will, in effect, destroy the Democrats chances for anything, President, House and Congress this November.

He sounds pretty credible, and he's a Democrat.
