Can I invest in PACL Ltd., ? Actually what they do? IS it coming under Government control?

Yes u can invest!

they buy land in your name & if u r going to invest monthly, they will give u registry of that land in 3rd year from your first installment, On the day of maturity, they will ask u. either u wants to sell that land or you want to buy it. if you was to sell it. they will full fill all necessary documents. & return you your installments as they mentioned, i.e. with 12% compound interest on yr investment
