Question:

What about a custody order?

Since I am his mother, do I automatically have more rights in this case? I want to get a custody order, but I don't want it to come back and make it hard for me. I live in Wyoming, and I know the rights for women are pretty good here, but I just don't know how well it will work as far as me getting full custody. Does anyone know anything about this? No unnecessary answers, please...

  1. honestly, it doesn't hurt to get something set in stone. Besides, if you do it first, you'll be one step ahead of him.

Why not get some child support while you're at it?

As a mother, you do have more rights, but if he can prove you are unfit or do drugs.. he'd be one step ahead of you.

    Good luck~
