  2. Comets come toward sun from Oort Cloud in every direction.. So It's possible to have some comet that we can not see..

  3. We can see them.  Look up the SOHO mission - they do coronagraphs of the Sun every day, and have pictures of comets they've seen.  The only way it could escape us is if it were directly behind the Sun, and the orbit wouldn't keep it there for long.
