  1. Water actually boils at 202 °F.

When a liquid boils it becomes a gas.

Most gasses are boil far below the melting/freezing point of water.

Oxygen for example boils and becomes a gas at - 297.31°F

Nitrogen (the main constituent of the Earths Atmosphere) boils at - 320.42 °F

Butane, which is the main gas in natural gas boils at 31.1°F, and so boils at only slightly below the melting point of water.

Does this help you at all?
