What about labor laws for taken away earned vacation

if you have already earned 3 weeks vacation can you boss just call you in the office and say, i am only giving you 2 weeks weeks from now on so u cant have your last week of vacation, so in the records he has changed my hours from 120- 80 and when i questioned it he said well we dont have a option cause i cant afford it, but he has only did that to me and one other guy out of 4 people the rest get to keep their vacation, for 3 weeks i have been here 8 and they have been here nine but the policy states 6-15 3weeks, he said well i can pick my stuff up and leave,

Sadly, there's nothing you can do.

You didn't *earn* your paid vacation time. It's something that your employer *gives* you...a perk...a benefit...an inducement to work there.

Unless, that is, you have a written employment contract that states you will receive three weeks paid vacation. Then you have a legitimate complaint.
