What about new zealand?!?

i may be moving to new zealand in december, and i'm trying to get as much info as i can about it, but google isn't being very helpfull... at all. so anything you could tell me about their schooling system, climate, slang, music, clothing, high school level standardized testing, or anything of that sort would be very helpfull! ^^

you could re-list this q in the new zealand section.....

but as far as climate goes we have a mild climate, that is not too hot and not too cold. However in the south island, and anywhere around mountains there is snow in winter and overnight low temperatures possibly of maybe as low as -5 degrees celsius.
