I sent this to Barack and Clinton-

"What about "old school" environmentalism? Barrack’s and Hilary's web pages talk about global warming (Whose doesn’t?), but what things like wildlife preserves, habitat restoration, more national parks, and ecological education. Today everyone is so wrapped up in global warming they've forgotten about the original and simple environmentalist ideals of wild life, prior this global warming scare it seems that all I heard was endangered species this, rainforest that, but now it seems that the simple issues of habitat, wildlife, and reforestation has been forgotten- left from the mainstream politics, funding, innovation, and concern. What do you plan to do about that? What will you do for the forgotten forests, animals, rivers, lakes, and parks that all been left in the wake of global warming?"

  1. I'm a relic from the '70s environmental movement.

I think pollution, chemical hazards, and wastage of precious resources are quite important. I think that global warming is hogwash.

  2. This is an easy question to answer.

Everyone knows Republicans are for "big business."

    Democrats are for "the people."

Gobal Warming is a P.C. way for Democrats to keep business going and keep the money rolling in.  Global Warming MAKES money.  National Parks COST money.

Guess which one gets suported by the Government (both parties)?

Ted Kennedy Dumps Fuel into Nantucket Sound

Ted Kennedy has called Nantucket Sound near his Massachusetts estate “a national treasure” — but that didn’t stop the senator from having oil dumped from his yacht into its waters.

A local photographer spotted an oil slick coming from Kennedy’s yacht Mya as Kennedy and his guests left the vessel in a launch following a race that ended in Hyannis, the Cape Cod Today newspaper reported.

The lensman was so shocked that he rowed his dinghy out to question the crew member left aboard the yacht.

He asked the crewman, “What the h**l are you doing?”

The crewman said that diesel fuel had gotten into the bilge and he was told to dump it.

When the photographer pointed out that the yacht was moored in coastal waters near shellfish beds and people swimming, the crewman replied, “Whatever.”

Cape Cod Today published a photo showing the oil slick emanating from Mya.

As Newsmax reported earlier, Kennedy has opposed a proposal to construct a wind farm in Nantucket Sound to produce cheap, clean energy. Asked why, he said: “That’s where I sail.”

  4. If we want our planet to survive, let along the animals, we have to make big changes and make them now. We have to use food for eating! we must put trillions of dollars into renewable energy. We must conserve. We must take care of our last wildernesses!
