Its good.  I would consider theodore with theo as a nickname, but either way I like it.

It sounds great, a lot of the names on here are a bit off but this is perfect. You could call him Theo for short but still have a nice formal name for resumes. It's adorable really

I love Theo! I hate Theodore though...reminds me of Alvin and the Chimpmunks. Theo Alexander is nice imo. : )

I love Theo. But it makes sense to name him Theodore and call him Theo for short just for the sake of having a formal name to put on college degrees and whatnot.

It's always good to picture how a name will look on a college degree.
