What about s*x after baby with approval?

I had a baby July 17th, I have my 6 week check up in 3 day's but we had s*x with approval from the doctor at 3 weeks and it hurt so we stopped, then 1 week later it was fine and awesome, then 2 days ago it hurt like it did the first time, what could be wrong? That it was fine the second time but not the first and third?

mabey your baby wants attention from you instead of you having more babies

My midwife told me that after having a baby you can become quite dry downstairs. She said it was only temporary but for a while I may have to use lubricant because your body takes a while to start doing that again. Try some lub and see if that helps. You should get back to normal again soon if not you may want to go see a doc or gyno and make sure there are no problems

Could it also be because you were a bit scared? I know I was the first time I had s*x after having bubs. I was worried it would hurt and so expected it too. And so it did!. My baby is 3 months old now and everything works fine. Good luck

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps you were more aroused the second time than the third?  I know I would hurt if I wasn't fully turned on before we started.
