What about tanning.?

Is it better to go to a tanning bed or sunbathe? I've heard both are terrible for you.

Tanning salons are NOT approved by the FDA and best case scenario are just as bad for you as sunbathing if not worse.

i was told by a nurse that the tanning bed is actually better for you but she probable meant if you do not over use it

Both are terrible for your skin. Especially a tanning bed. You might like the results now, but when you are older you will have a lot of wrinkles. And also the risk of skin cancer. Be careful! I have a really nice deep tan. What do I use? Jergens natural glow for medium to tan skins. I have the one for body and face. I have fair skin, but I use the darkest one. It gets faster results and there aren't any side effects like skin cancer or wrinkles. Please try it. Allow a week to get your full color.

they are both bad but a tanning bed is worse try using a fake tan lotion but make sure it doesn't have an orange glow
