  2. Don't know what this has to do with food, but using 'Indian' spices in cooking is a good way of avoiding 'Delhi belly'. When in India, eat the local food. During 6 months in India, the only times I had digestive problems were when I had  'European' meals, even in 5 Star hotels.

  3. If this question is ralated to food culture then it is much easy to answer. The design of the daily food items in Indina system is so well balanced that all the ingradients are just in a right proportion. The time of eating various items is also well decided depending on the various seasons and the time of the day or night. It is highly nutritious as well as balanced.  In various states of India, this is designed in such a way that the items are readily available and could be digested in that climate. (Indian climate varies in different states. )

Unity in diversity is another facet of the Country’s inherent nationalism, which had been fused by the feeling of national fervour incited by various foreign invasions that ever made its way to the Indian shores.Religious tolerance and cultural amalgamation have given shape to a uniquely secular Nation, which has created an impressive status of itself in the global arena

  16. There is no such thing as THE Indian Culture. The people living in the geo-political entity called "India" partake of several cultures. They differ in language, customs, values, observances, kinship, education, etc. There are certain traits that either run across or merge with many if not all these cultures, imposed by the political will of the Government, and policies adopted by it. If we value the unity of the people of India in some socio-political concerns, then, we have to carefully foster it; and the Government has the primary responsibility in this regard.
