  1. $ 300 atleast

  2. Of course it will have historical value.  It really depends on who retrieves it.  Whether it be a Yankee fan or other, I'm sure there will be a price tag involved.  As to who gets the ball depends on the stature of the player involved as well.

The player, whoever it may be, and it's possible that it won't be a Yankee, might want to keep the ball for himself and be willing to pay for it.

Then of course there will that rare specie of fan who just might turn it over to the Hall of Fame.

Finally there is the serious collector out there who probably will make a bid for the ball.  That is an unknown figure.  The value of the ball will depend on who hits it!

I guess I've answered your question without really answering it!  lol

  3. Sure, I bet it would fetch at least $10,000.

By the way, the last HR in Yankee Stadium will happen in the last home game of the REGULAR season.

  4. Absolutely!!! That's the ballpark where the greatest hit their homeruns... Ruth, Mantle, Gehrig, DiMaggio, Jeter, Arod, Berra and so many more. That ball is going to be worth a shitload because every single Yankee fan on the planet is going to be watching that game... and that final homerun is the homerun they're going to remember for the rest of their life.

  5. Of course Steiner Sports will buy it for maybe $20,000. Even more if it's hit by the future home run King A-Rod.
