If I have Comcast cable, but the cable comes from the wall directly into the TV (no box), do I need to worry about this issue?

  1. Not at all. Cable companies have to correct any issues before they resell a signal. You might already have digital cable also. I know I have digital cable. I use a TiVo box with it, there is nothing better! I can watch TV on my laptop and the cable company gives me a great signal.

The only issue is when a TV receives its signal from the air. You can go to www.DTV2009.com and get a coupon from the US gov't to get $40 off a converter box. I hope this helps, Good Luck!
