How much does it cost? For 50 or so dollars that would be a decent camera. If they're asking any more you can get a much better deal than that. The lack of optical zoom and low ISO range is what I'd be most concerned about.

Specs alone don't tell if its any good. There are lots of total junk cameras with specs that look good. The digital zoom only and max ISO of 200 indicate that it's probably worthless.

Max ISO range is balls.  You sure that is the right number?  If it is there are better ones around than that.

what make is it? 5 mega pixels isnt much, check out kodak easyshare V1003 , its 10 megalpixels, and less than £100, and its rechargable so you don't have to keep buying batteries!!
