What about us Californians? We have state pride, too! Watch out Texas!?

I was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to Northern California when I was 11. And California is like two different states. We have beautiful Lake Tahoe, the Sierra Nevada, the Woodlands of Redding and Eureka, the Beaches of So Cal and San Diego, and the last but not least San Francisco, the most beautiful city in the world! No kidding! And California was a country also, but only for a month, but we were a nation. During the Bear Flag Revolt. Also we can feed the whole d**n nation here in the Central Valley! Californian Pride!

I agree!  Even though I live in NC and love it, California is a very beautiful state and has many interesting places to see and visit.  My favorite destination in Cali is Lake Tahoe.  My favorite drive is from SF to Big Sur on Hwy 1 - the most magical drive in the world in my opinion!
