What accent do milton keynes people have??

I've lived in milton keynes alont time, but I cant figure out what accent people living here have.

I suppose its a southern accent..we sound very similar to londoners etc.

But is there a certain category which mlton keynes accent falls under, its not cockney for sure??

you know i have had the same question, i think as yet there is no definitive accent yet, though you do get people who have lived elsewhere that decide to live in our hometown so that may effect it. i understand what you are saying, i presume it is plain, maybe abit of a 'best new cit-e in de world innit?' sort of lingo among us yoots...
