What accents can i use to make my room prettier?

ok so im decorating my room so far i have only painted it it's a shade of teal but more on the blue side and my furniture is dark brown and i want to give it an asian-type feel to it (i love japan and manga and anime ^^) and i havent picked out my comforter but im thinking of making it the color combinations of either blue and grey, green and blue or brown and blue and also im going to put a round lantern those that you hang up in the ceiling so where can i find pretty accents and comforters to make my room more pwettyfull ^^
