Carilo is a somewhat exclusive beach town on the Argentine east coast, it's also not too big, check this site for hotels though there seems to be more of an abundance of apart-hotels (unsurprisingly):

i have heard they usually pin sheets and had vigorous sorts of activity underneath...

if that's too expensive, just in case you were robbed by crazed llamas, the "eastern rocks" provide cheap accommodation, beside the "lobster valleys"...

If clothing is optional.....probably not too many "tents" pitched....may look more like the Carilo olympics.......
