What acne treatment really works?&..?

what home treatment i really want to get rid of my acne but i don't know how and is there any cure that's as fast as um 4 days perhaps?

I have tried many home acne treatments and trust me, none of them work correctly, whatever your skin type. What helps is taking showers once a day, and washing your face in the morning and before you got to bed with just a simple facial soap.
