  1. I don't get what u mean???

all I know is, I will not be intimidated by no one, I might agree / disagree to what a fellow member might say, I normally laugh it off, what else can u do.......lol

  2. i would handle it one to one and confront them i would be twice as intimidating as they are

if that failed i would handle it with a team

  3. Kill him/her...

  4. I wouldnt take it, its just not right.

Id ignore them and tell them later on it wasnt the right thing to do, team mates should be close and not un - encourage teammates.

  5. Confront. Confront. Confront. WITH witnesses.

  6. nut 'em one.

  7. one on one.. kick off

  8. knee cap 'em

  9. this person does not sound like a team player. get the team and coaches together and talk to this dumby

  10. definitely a one on one

  11. If you felt as though you could not talk about the issue with the team member, then I would definately say something to the coach. If you don't then it will eventually effect how you perform on the team.

  12. Two possible ways of action - either directly, fact to face, or else, turn to the team leader and ask him or her to remind everybody of the rules (without singling out the culprit). That way the person concerned is not exposed and shamed but he or she hopefully gets the drift.

  13. Send for Uncle Sean! and handle it as a team

  14. ignore him or report him

  15. Give them both barrels, metaphorically speaking ,of course. :)

Failing that I'd call in uncle Sean.;)

  16. her/ his point is to intimidate u. dont give in and act like nothing ever happened and they will get bored!

  17. there is no "I" in team.  But there is a "me".  And an "ate".

  18. Take them aside. Bullies are people who feel bad about themselves. Taking them aside away from other people gives you a chance to talk about whats up with them and why they are being mean to you. If it purely is just a sport related thing. ONE ON ONE is the way to proove that you and only you can beat them
