What activites are offered for 17 year olds on Cruise ships?

For my sister's senior spring break, I'm taking her on a cruise. She will be 17 at the time. I will be 21. What activites do cruise lines offer for people her age?

they have it all on board ,games movies,discos,swimming,you name it they have it and the food is brilliant you both will love it have a great time.

i have been on plenty of ships basicly you have teen night night swimming etc you will have a great time!

The activities available for her will depend upon the cruise ship that you decide to go on.  If its just the two of you going you need to know two things first.  All of the cruise lines except Carnival require at least one person in each cabin to be at least 21 years old.  Carnival requires at least one person to be at least 25 years old.  So that eliminates Carnival cruise line as an option.  Second, if its just you and your sister you will need to have a signed permission slip from your parents for her to go with you.

THINGS TO DO ON CRUISE SHIPS:

All cruise ships will have pools, hot tubs, gymnasiums, places to walk or run on deck, and a spa where you can pay to have hair, nails, or massages and wraps done.  Some ships have  bowling alley (Norwegian Gem & Pearl), rock climbing wall, basketball/tennis/volleyball court, water slides, ice skating, roller blading track, mini-golf, shuffle board, game room with board games, internet cafe, a video arcade, a Wii game (NCL Gem), and a "Flowrider" for body surfing on ship (Royal Caribbean Freedom, Liberty, Independence).

Most cruise lines and ships have programs for kids of all ages and special places for teens up to age 17.  They call these by different names but on Royal Caribbean they call the teen disco area Fuel.

The cruise line which always has THE most on board activities is Royal Caribbean.  If you go to the web site for RC and click on 'SHIPS"  and then select a few ships in the different classes you will see that activities are listed for each.  Also, the newer ships on all lines tend to have more activities than the older ships.
