What activities are there to do in uruguay, paraguay, and argentina?

i don't know where to go, but i definitely know i want to go to south america. any advice would be helpful.

Argentina--soccer games (River Plate, Boca Juniors), tango, museums, partying, art, trekking in the Andes, visiting the wine region of mendoza, eating amazing steak, riding in double decker buses for 30 hours at a time (no joke), Iguazu Falls (amazing)

Uruguay--amazing beaches

paraguay--learn quechua (indigenous language), visit the chaco
