What activities should be done at a lifegurad in-service/ training? Thank you.

Mostly, work on scenarios.  Make sure everybody has to do some part in a save.  If there are procedures that haven't been covered in a while, review them.  

The most important thing is that the guards can do all the rescues and CPR.  Once that is established, you should still refresh every week, but can spend more time on special procedures like lost children or heat stroke, which don't occur very often, but still need to be known by all the guards.
