Get a box of Crayola sidewalk chalk and take them outside.  It takes a long time for kids to get bored with that.  You could also decorate cookies (if the parents are ok with them having sweets).

Don't feel like you need to structure every second of the kids' time with you.  Kids, especially toddlers, thrive on indepenent play.  It's fine to step back and just supervise for a while.  If you can space your preplanned activities between periods of independent play time, they're less likely to run out of stuff to do and get bored.

Is there a park close by? Maybe bring them to the park to get out and play. Or just a walk...tell them you are going on a treasure hunt.

Play dress up.  Make a no-bake dessert.  Go to a nearby park.  Make a book together.  Something to spark their creativity.
