I am trying to design some more programmes for baby activities - what would you like to see? List anything you think you would like to go to.

  1. It would be great to see positive talking, singing and music from  the caregiver for the infants that continues into the other age groups. Have rattles or musical instruments as the babies can begin to hold onto them.

Caregivers could even do some water play or sand play with the older babies for a sensory activity. Finger and hand painting are fun too. A soothing, clean but fun environment would help with all the activities.

  2. I would just like to see interaction between baby and caregiver -lots of smiles and eye contact.  How old of a baby are we talking here?  Infants, the above.  Toddlers can do finger painting with pudding, reading books together and I also like to see the caregiver on the floor with the children with everything **** and span clean!!!

  3. it all depends of the ages of the child. If a child is about one year old. Have books with texture because children need things like that to develop sensory motor skills. Have the children finger paint. (supervise at all times) Take toys that they can manipulate.
