What activities would you suggest for a theme of "The Joy Of Giving" (Children ages 4-8) Daycare?

Looking for some suggestions on this theme. I need sensory, gross and fine motor, story, circle/crafts etc. Trying to plan for a week around this theme. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Make cards out of construction paper for your local nursing home.

Have them make ornaments to give to their parents.

Read them a story about giving and have them act it out.

Have the children make cards for each other.  Give them some materials, tell them to make the card and then let them give it to another one of there friends.  You could also explain how Jesus gave in the bible if you a christian day care.  I have found that if you use a character that they children know it helps.  You wouldn't have to use Jesus you could use barney, Clifford, or mickey mouse, or use a character out of a book you have just read....
