Gold is the chemical element gold, same with silver, uranium, etc. coal and oil like diamonds are treasures made of carbon. Precious stones like rubies, emeralds etc, are all made up of different chemicals. It all depends on what you call treasure. To starving people food is a treasure made up of many different chemicals from the soil and air. The soil itself is a treasure to us all.
