What actually goes on during the 6 hour defensive driving courses?

I've got the 6 hour course split up for 3 hours tonight & 3 hours tomorrow night. Just wondering if anyone's taken it - what actually goes on during the course? What are we going to be doing? Thanks!

I teach the National Safety Council six hour defensive driving course in New Jersey.  It is the original and most national recognized course in the country and is far from boring.
