Technically, apart from actual s*x, any form of oral s*x is s*x.  However most people don't consider anything s*x until p***s enters v****a.

To me, if you don't know if you've had s*x or not, you probably have.  I don't consider people virgins if they go around giving blowjobs and getting "eaten out," but have never had actual penetration.
