What actually means "h**l no" or "h**l yes"?

I'm not english and I don't understand some expressions ...

so can anyone help me? :)

h**l no means no just with extreme emotion. like definitely not

h**l yes means yes just with extreme emotion. like definitely yes.

h**l No is a big NO

h**l Yes is a big YES.....

h**l takes on an undertone that is morally weak.  It would be more proper for people to just let their yes mean yes, and their no mean no.  

Here in America we use a lot of sarcasm as well, which makes our English hard to understand.  

Keep asking questions when you are confused by our mixed up terminology.

The "h**l" just emphasizes the emotion conveyed, so "h**l yes" means "emphatically yes," and "h**l no" means "emphatically no."  "h**l," in the US at least, is mildly profane, so it's a little naughty, to boot.
