  1. Are you special ed? or did you just not try and now you are trying to get your life right and get smart? If you are special ed...I can't say anything...except...I love special ppl. If you were a slacker in school....I guess just go to Sylvan or ask the teacher for extra help.

  2. Go to class and do all the reading.

Really! Skipping is stupid, and reading is not all that bad!

Sit up front and take notes.

What else you got to do?!!!

    Pick classes you enjoy. Duh.

  3. I am assuming you are meaning an 18 y/o with only a couple of credits.  My advice, if the person is somewhat wise, is get a GED or HSED.  While not the same as a HS Diploma, you are only asking for trouble being over 18 hanging around little kids.  Taking the GED or HSED will give you the opportunity to save time since the realm of academics isn't your bag and thus a four year college isn't most likely right for that person.  If that person decides to get a skill, most (if not all) tech schools admit people with GED and HSED's.  As a teacher for students on their way out of school, it is just way to easy for them to get in trouble for stuff they don't even do and since the law treats them differently after 18 years old, that person really needs to think about if they want the potential drama and legal consequences of hanging around kids for 3 more years...

  4. Do study hard and play hard. This will be the best time in your whole life.

  5. Do your best. Ask for help from others when you need it. Get involved with clubs and activities. Realize that education is not just about studying. It's about the people you will meet and the experiences you have together. It's learning who you will be as a young adult and realizing your goals.

  6. Make sure whatever it is you're majoring is is something you love. Don't pick a career solely because it will make you a lot of money or pick a college just because it is prestigious or because you got a big scholarship. Money is a big deal, but having school loans is not the end of the world. If you hate your job, life, or school there's no point in going to that school or following that career path. Money isn't everything!

  7. Dont ask, Dont tell, Dont be ashamed (EVER).

high school students can be tough but most are pretty chill depending on what school you go to, obviously. However, you could actually be very cool. Sports, clubs, etc. Many coaches would love a bigger/smarter/better JV. You could also hangout with seniors to freshmen. You'd also be the only freshmen who can drive. Also, (sometimes not a goodthing but) by the time you're a senior youd be the coolest ( the only senior who can buy alcohol )

Also, if worse comes to worse, there is always online schooling.

  8. Being a senior in school, I would say get involved with different activities so you can find what your really want to do. Dont go into school trying to please others or becoming what other people think you should become. Stay focus dont party unless you have done your work.....BUT PARTY PARTY PARTY these are the best years of your life

  9. STUDY STUDY STUDY!

  10. study
