What adorable thing has your toddler done today?

My husband, step daughter, twin 3 year olds and I all went to a "medieval fair" today. the twins being three, immediately begged for fairy wings (they were selling them at a stall) They were cheap, so we bought them each a pair.

Cara ( the littler of the twins) became extremely upset when she realized that just because she was wearing fairy wings didn't mean she could fly. She was standing there flapping her arms wildly, on the verge of tears, when her big sister Lia came up behind her and lifted her up.

It was adorable, her face immediately lit up and she started screaming,

"I CAN FLY I CAN FLY!"

My 2 year old Zoe got mad at my hubby in the morning cause he was taking long to put in her favorite Spongebob dvd. He forgot and laid down, and she was yelling "Pum-Bob!" and would even growl loud too until he put the movie in for her. It was super cute!

my three and a half year old walked up to the draining board when i was doing the dishes with her stool and climbed up and said i help you mum, then we can go for walk ok....so cute i just had to hug her

well i have 2 boys and they are quite wild and i always say HELLO when i ask them to do something and they completely take it in one ear and out the other and today my 18 month old was asking me a question about supper and it was a question that usually kids would not keep asking so i was on the phone and when i hung up he goes HELLO awe yoo nisning (are you listening) and i said yes i am hon wat is it and my other boy walked in 23 months and says mom HELLO he was asking you a question and i was cracking up and i thought i would tell u

My 4 year old went to clair's (kid's jewelery and trinket store) and used her "credit card" (gift card from her b-day) to get a few pairs of earrings and a nail polish.. . .. . with her own basket, and the "credit card" in her hand.

my almost 5 yr old was laying on the floor on her side watching tv, when my almost 2 yr old sat down next to her head and laid the side of his head on top of the side of her head and began watching also.

My 2-year-old boy climbed into my lap facing me and starting batting his eyes, then he started giving me Eskimo kisses ("nose kisses").  He has these big, beautiful blue eyes with long black lashes, and the eye-batting was adorable!

Adorable or naughty I'm not sure which one this is but my two year old cracked me up today when she peed on the floor and said " Mommy look! " I looked back and saw a puddle on the floor and asked if she had gone potty. She replied "Oh Dawn it!"

We went swimming and I put her on the edge to jump in, "one, two, three, jump!".  When I caught her she giggled.  She doesn't talk yet so I was so surprise when she started chanting "tu, tree, tree!!!!".  It was so cute to see my nonverbal little one counting!  I kept letting her jump just to hear her say it.

Later we were waiting at the airport for a ride home.  The loading zone was crowded for 15 minutes and then finally all the cars pulled away without our ride having arrived yet.  As the last car pulled away and faded into the distance, my baby stopped playing gazed at the care and whispered with disbelief "uh-oh!"  It was so cute!  It was if she was saying "oops mom, you let all the cars leave without getting one for us, is that okay?"  She realized we needed a ride and that now all the cars were gone without us.   I hugged and kissed her and told her we had a special ride coming and they would be there soon.  Little ones understand so much more than we give them credit for!

My 2 year old told me "I love you more."  I have been telling her I love you since I was pregnant with her and when she learned talk that was one of the first phrases she learned.  She says a lot of new things to me every day, but today was even more special.  It was sooooo cute, I told her "I Love You" and I thought she was going to say the same thing back to me but she said "I Love You More" instead.
