  1. Then you need to bring them into the 21st Century Bible.  Teach Daniel, Revelation, Zechariah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, and Jeremiah for sure.

Today everyone is interested in the rapture and the Coming of Our Lord and we want all the information from God about what God tells us to do.

Watch and pray that we be accounted worthy to stand before Him and escape these things that are coming upon the earth.  We are not appointed to the wrath of God.

  2. Teach what is in your heart.

when you open up what really touches you people know that it is real.

And if you let the spirit lead you, He will show you what is needful.

  3. Use:

    Strong's Concordance

    Interlinears

    KJV bibles best

Teach them how to share gospel ( use Evangelism Explosion, http://www.chick.com/catalog/TractLookUp...

  4. Here's one tip.

Tell them some wrong info...Quote verses that aren't real.

See if they will challenge you on it. Teach them to learn themselves, not to just take your word for it.

  5. Make it interactive. Have the students read the passage and then, give them a clearer picture of what the passage describes and how they lived back then. Reading out of the Bible is one thing, but getting them to realize that the Bible is a piece of History is profound. Choose a book out of the Bible along with a chapter and verse or more and look at the time-line each book was written in. Give your students a brief history of what life was like in those times in the countries mentioned in the Bible where the books were written or where the history took place. Once they are able to picture themselves in that part of history or are able to reinact (in their minds) what life was like for them and the significance of what happened and why it was happening, the students will be more eager to ask questions and give their own interpretations. These things should be shared in class, not only to guide them toward the correct interpretation, but also to learn from each other and encourage participation from all of the class.

  6. Prayer and accountability.
