  1. Well, I recently got contacts and it's much easier if you look up (just your eyeball not your whole face) and gently place the contact on the white part of your eye. Before you go to the doctor you could practice doing that with clean hands. It's hard at first but you get used to it in a week or two and their so worth it.

  2. Dont be scared it doesnt hurt but may sting for like 3 seconds of ur life lol

  3. Man the f*ck up

  4. First off, remember that millions of people do this everyday. If it hurt, no one would do it. Then, before you go to the Dr., practice holding your eye open and GENTLY touch your eye with CLEAN hands. Most people psych themselves out too much before a contact lens training, talk yourself down. It's not going to hurt, and we are trained to help you get over your fear (it's very common), so when you go to see your doc, remember, we are there to help you get over it and succeed!

  5. i couldnt do it either the doc was real patient. at first i couldnt touch my eye but i could put contacts in. its a completely diff feeling
