What advices would you give me if I am to outsource all the flight attendants to Singapore?

I am Qantas's manager (fictional of course), I want to outsource flight attendants to lower cost. What advices would you give me?

I didn't think Singapore would be much cheaper than Australia.  I would reconsider and think about another country such as Malaysia, Philippines or Vietnam.
