What advise do you have for me?

I've been dealing with stockbroking company, future's trading, who gave me disgusting service, delayed dealing because of IT hassles from their side, e.g. emails being sent/received, +-6-8 hours late, leading to delayed trading & huge share price discrepancy! Asking me to contact IT guy when problems, he was sick, never replied to my emails. The company not knowing when staff not at work, so emails I sent to trade, not being done. His guess work! Not being able to tell me the amount of stock I had in my account, when requested, several times. Financial info told to me, being found to be incorrect the next day, so having to juggle my stock & finances, to accomodate them. My account not being updated for 24hrs. Stockbroker sent me their payroll in error, can I make this info public? Stockbroker sending me email of another company's share recommendations, illegally.

Picking a good broker is nearly as important as picking a good strategy for making money. You need to have them shut down by complaining to the SEC, then you need to open shop with a reputable firm like Interactive Brokers.

Check with trusted friends and acquaintances.  Your experience sounds beyond anything I have ever heard.  You definitely need to move your account.  But, I would insist that the company give you your bases in your trades for the period you have been with them. From your history of the relationship, I would not assume they could recover a basis you will need some day for tax filing. That is just pathetic treatment.

This is not a proper stockbroker. Where are they? UK? Just put in an official complaint (late dealing can't be right) We have something called TCF (Treating customers fairly) If they are in breach of this and you put in a complaint they will pay you compensation, no sweat, otherwise if it goes to the Authorities they will be fined up to the hilt. If US then I suppose anything goes!!
