I've been dealing with stockbroking company, future's trading, who gave me disgusting service, delayed dealing because of IT hassles from their side, e.g. emails being sent/received, +-6-8 hours late, leading to delayed trading & huge share price discrepancy! Asking me to contact IT guy when problems, he was sick, never replied to my emails. The company not knowing when staff not at work, so emails I sent to trade, not being done. His guess work! Not being able to tell me the amount of stock I had in my account, when requested, several times. Financial info told to me, being found to be incorrect the next day, so having to juggle my stock & finances, to accomodate them. My account not being updated for 24hrs. Stockbroker sent me their payroll in error, can I make this info public? Stockbroker sending me email of another company's share recommendations, illegally.
Stockbroker was unaware of the actual quantity of stock I had, & still trading! successably@yahoo.com
