What after H1B Random Selection

What is the process taken for people chosen for H1B random selection. When will they get their approved I-129 back? when can they start working?If premium processing is paid, does that means that it will be approved in 15 days? thanks a lot

If you paid premium processing, it should have been approved months ago. I got my approved I-94 in the mail within 15 days of the actual lottery. You can use your receipt # to check on the status of your case. If you do not have a receipt #, you did not get selected.
