What after school activities sound good 4 colleges in high school?

Right now i don't do much I'm only the sophomore class treasurer and a mentor but people say that being treasurer doesn't look good on your college resume, what are some after school activities that could help me in the long run, I'm not really n to sports

i don't find anything wrong with being a treasurer... i'm co-treasurer for my school's biggest club

i think what you are doing now is find for a college application

but i do think that you can do a little more

just join a good community service club

Well being a mentor looks great on college apps.  Maybe join some club you are interested in. Like your high school newspaper or yearbook staff.  Or take up playing an instrument.  OR a great idea would be to become a big brother or big sister!  That is something that most colleges would say "wow" to!  Just make sure you are doing something out of school every semester and preferably the summers too.
