  1. Everyone who's said when they know right from wrong is right. Shame some people never learn right from wrong.


  2. when they are mature enough to comprehend the outcomes of their choices it doesn't have anything to do with physical stuff like hitting puberty

  8. theres an age of accountability that differs depending on the kids maturity level.   when they are old enough to know better.   if you are religiously speaking well we cant decide.. God knows whats going on in there.   legally, parents should be responsible til their kid is old enough to go to jail for it.. juvenile or adult..   if they destroy something their parent needs to pay for it.
